Ready to launch your own business? Join my free webinar - Ready, Set, Launch!

Tired of trying to figure out “all the things” to run your business? I have tested them all and put together a list of everything I use to run my business and keep my life right.

Sales Funnel

ClickFunnels: Everything You Need To Market, Sell Your Products/Services.

Trello: This keeps track of everything, from the big picture to the minute details. Trello is, at its core, an online corkboard. You use it to organize “cards” into lists—those cards can be tasks, notes, projects, shared files, or anything else that helps your team work together

ClickUp: Anytime I am working on a launch or a project that requires accountability, this is where it’s at. More than just task management – ClickUp offers docs, reminders, goals, calendars, scheduling, and even an inbox. Fully customizable, ClickUp works for every type of team, so all teams can use the same app to plan, organize, and collaborate.

OneNote: Since I have way too many devices (iphone, ipad, macbook and a HP Lenovo for my day job) I use OneNote to keep all my in depth notes organized but still accessible in the same place. You can insert screen shots, take handwritten notes, draw your ideas, highlight, and create tags for easy follow ups. I can also launch a OneNote quick note directly from outlook anytime I launch a meeting for each transcription.

Course Creation

Kajabi is everything you need to build and grow a profitable online business and education course. It’s where I host, build, and sell all of my online courses and they make it easy to customize your content in a branded and beautiful way while walking your students through the content in an easy to follow manner.

Content Creation

Canva: This is your go to platform for non-techy people that need to create graphics for everything. I am talking, social media graphics, presentations, posters and other visual content. It is available on web and mobile, and integrates millions of images, fonts, templates and illustrations

EnvatoElements: This Canva but on steroid. EnvatoElements is an unlimited subscription service for digital assets, tailored to the needs of agencies, designers, marketers and other professionals who need items on a frequent or high-volume basis. Most of my powerpoint presentations are built through this site.

Upsplash: Beautiful, free images and photos that you can download and use for any project. Better than any royalty free or stock photos.

Podcast + Video

Camtasia: I use Camtasia to record and edit videos, presentations and my podcasts, including videos where I need to record my screen.

Podbean: What I use to host my podcast.
